Stephen D. Korshak
Starting in 1981, Stephen D. Korshak used his legal talents to form businesses which specialized in all aspects of the real estate industry. The companies expanded quickly, yet cautiously, and have burgeoned in size during the past decade. Early diversification into real estate development complemented the legal practice and led to the foundation of today’s Korshak Enterprises, which is now involved in a wide range of business services. Stephen D. Korshak received his B.A. from the University of Chicago in 1974 and is a 1980 graduate of John Marshall Law School. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1985 and the Illinois State Bar since 1981. Mr. Korshak is also licensed to practice in federal court. Mr. Korshak was a real estate instructor for the City Colleges of Chicago, Wright Campus, teaching real estate salesman and broker courses for the years 1984-1988. He is a former member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, and a current member of the Florida and Orange County Bar Associations.

Lee Karina Dani
Lee Karina Dani received her B.A. in psychology from Florida State University in 2000 and is a 2003 graduate of the University Of Florida College Of Law. Ms. Dani was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2004 and has been an associate with Korshak & Associates, P.A., since her admittance. Since joining the firm, Ms. Dani has handled hundreds of cases including civil litigation, probate, guardianships, divorces, child support, child custody, stepparent adoption, landlord/tenant, disputes with homeowners' associations, personal injury, and commercial and residential closings. Ms. Dani is the managing attorney for the probate, family law and guardianship sections of the firm.

Bradford Petrino
Bradford Petrino attended the University of Florida where he graduated with his B.A. in philosophy in 2002 and his J.D. in 2005. Mr. Petrino joined Korshak & Associates, P.A., in December 2007, where his practice focuses primarily on real estate litigation, business litigation, contract preparation and disputes, commercial leasing, homeowners and condominium association law, probate, and high-value judgment enforcement and collection. Mr. Petrino also practices in the areas of appellate law, general landlord/tenant law, family law and other general practice areas. Prior to working with Korshak & Associates, P.A., he worked as a law clerk handling all aspects of civil and criminal legal research and drafting, including drafting a habeas corpus appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. In addition to being licensed to practice in Florida, he is also licensed in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Petrino is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the George C. Young First Central Florida American Inn of Court, and the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, Real Property Litigation Committee.
